At Henderson & Co, we use a software called DEXT and require Bank Feeds to be set up for Bookkeeping.
This simplifies the process and keeps costs down.
Bronze Package
We sort One Bank Account or Credit Card Account
Purchase Invoices Client uploads to Dext Then we match them to bank and do bank reconciliation
Sales Invoices We take a copy of them for the bank rec. (We don’t create the sales invoices)
Bank statements to do the bank reconciliation
Silver Package
All above plus up to Three Bank Accounts/Credit Card Accounts
Gold Package
All above plus Unlimited Bank Accounts/Credit Card Accounts
Optional Extras
Client drops paper invoices into office (costs extra as we have to upload to Dext)
Bank Feeds – these can be automated but if client doesn’t want this – there is an extra cost for manually typing up the bank statements.

Sole Trader Accounts Pricing
If we do the bookkeeping –
it would start from £300 plus VAT.
Turnover
Up to £10,000
£300 plus VAT
Up to £25,000
£400 plus VAT
Up to £50,000
£500 plus VAT
Up to £85,000
£600 plus VAT
If we do sole trader accounts –
the self-employed personal tax return would be £150 plus VAT.
Extras
Additional Income – bespoke quote
E.g. Pensions, bank interest received, foreign income, more than one rental property, employment income
Personal TAX
Fees start at £300 plus VAT – this is if sole traders accounts aren’t necessary.
For every additional rental property it would add £100 to the tax return.

If we do the bookkeeping –
it would be £90 plus VAT per month
